visit the Zeromint web site (“Site”) and individuals who use the Zeromint Platform
to the use of the Zeromint Site and Platform and the related applications and services offered by Zeromint
(collectively, the “Services”).

- Applying as a Creator: If you sign up as a Creator in our Market, we collect your first and last
name, email address, a short application, GoChain wallet address, and information about your creations.
- Visiting the Site or Market: We also collect basic analytics data when you access or use the

they may collect.
- Using Plugins: Information about plugins you might be using, included but not limited to those
related to the management of cryptocurrency assets and any information provided by them.
How We May Share Personal Information
Compelled Disclosure: When legally required, strictly necessary for the performance of the services or to protect
our rights, or the rights of our affiliates or users, we disclose your personal information to law enforcement
authorities, investigative organizations, our affiliates or in legal proceedings.
Sale or Merger: We may share your personal information in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a
portion of our assets. We will also share information with that company, including at the negotiation stage.

Zeromint will retain your personal information for as long as we deem it necessary to enable you to use Services, to
